Aimed at

Manufacturers/importers of substances/mixtures, downstream users including formulators and distributors, and end-users of substances/mixtures.

Objectives

  • The aim of this module is to provide an introduction to the concepts of (Q)SAR, read-across and chemical category. Participants will learn about the scientific basis of (Q)SAR models, their scope and limitations. The most commonly used models will also be presented with practical examples, and common errors in their use will be reviewed.
